Sleep is important for your physical and mental wellbeing.
You’ll earn 10 points per day you get seven hours (or more) of sleep. Ensure you wear/use your compatible fitness device or app each time you grab some shut-eye.
Link a compatible device or app to your AIA Vitality account.
Use your compatible device or app when you go to bed.
Sleep for a minimum of seven hours to earn 10 points (up to 2,000 points per membership year).
iOS users are also able to use Apple Health to track their sleep – please check your Apple Health settings to ensure you’ve enabled sleep data to be shared with AIA Vitality.
