Active Rewards weeks run from 12:00am midnight Monday, until 11:59pm the next Sunday (seven full days). Only eligible fitness activities completed in that period count towards the weekly target.

You have until midnight on the Saturday following your target week for your exercise data to sync/reflect. Your AIA Vitality points may not reflect right away, but as long as you have captured your points (synced your device) within your target week and the data is received before the following Saturday midnight, your activities will count towards your target.

Once you’ve hit the maximum Physical Activity Points limit of 15,000 per membership year, your Physical Activity Points will no longer count as Status points (Silver, Gold, Platinum) but you will still be able to earn Points towards your weekly Active Rewards or Apple Watch Benefit repayment

Your Active Rewards target is personalised. Your target is calculated each week, and is based on your historical exercise patterns. This means the target can move up and down, based on if you’ve met/exceeded your target in previous weeks. Your target will never move more than +/- 100 points in a single week.
